LOCUST HERBIDUS
I loved the thought of doing the locust shape in neon. For a background I thought of lots of grass, to keep the locust happy and so he would not swarm on to other pieces. The writing, “a plague on you” seemed fitting since the locust was basically just feeding itself, albeit in large numbers when they swarm, but I’m sure to the locust, we are the pests or the plague on the world.
